Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Perioperative Care for a part-time Day Shift in Mequon, WI. Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care and meticulously document progress per organizational protocols. Manage the entire patient care journey within the perioperative continuum, execute physician and nursing orders promptly, and communicate critical updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Coordinate care across clinical disciplines, act as primary liaison to ensure seamless patient services, and facilitate comprehensive discharge planning for safe transitions home.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
