Registered Nurse - Peri Anesthesia

Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams throughout the perioperative process. Provide direct and indirect patient care for neonates to older adults using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and support OR Technicians and ancillary staff while promoting efficient patient flow and unit organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and hospital standards and participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and continuing education. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to team members. Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care in a collaborative, patient-focused surgical environment utilizing advanced surgical technology.
