Registered Nurse - Peri Anesthesia

Provide direct and indirect patient care throughout the perioperative process, utilizing the nursing process for patients across all age groups. Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams while directing and supporting OR Technicians and ancillary staff. Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered perioperative care and promote efficient patient flow and unit organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and hospital standards, and participate in quality improvement, staff meetings, and continuing education. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to team members. Work 12-hour day shifts with a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for RNs with 2+ years of acute care experience.
