Registered Nurse rotational program across Critical Care, Intermediate, Women's and Children, Adult Acute Care or Emergency Department units. After completing rotations and identifying your Perfect Match, eligible for direct hire into a specific unit within your geographic location and specialty. Requires nursing licensure in NC or Compact; graduation from an accredited nursing program; minimum 1 year experience preferred. Responsibilities include leading the healthcare team, establishing authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, delivering care guided by evidence and compassion, and maintaining a safe patient environment in line with current policies and procedures.
