Provide patient care in the Med Surg unit (3N) on a per diem basis. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and reactions. Maintain accurate health care records and documentation. Monitor, report, and record patient symptoms or changes; assess, implement, plan, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Educate patients and families as appropriate and contribute to overall patient safety and care quality.
