Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports while monitoring patients, administering medications, and checking for side effects. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions, prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments, and record vital signs and medical information. Educate patients as needed and perform other related duties as assigned.
