Registered Nurse - Per Diem Varied Shifts, L&D, Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports while administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members to treat patients with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions, including vital signs and medical information, and prescribe assistive medical devices as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
