Job Summary
Collect patient histories, triage cases considering physical and psychosocial elements, and conduct diagnostics per protocol to inform provider evaluations. Manage basic life support needs, stabilize patients until physician availability, and initiate corrective actions for adverse monitoring data. Record vital signs, administer medications via various routes, and assist physicians during exams and treatments. Requires 2+ years RN experience, MA license, and 100% regional travel across Leominster, Natick, Worcester, Hudson, and Auburn. Schedule varies 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM, 7 days/week, with mandatory weekday and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse education program
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of MA
- BLS/CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- 2+ years of hands-on RN experience
- Electronic medical records experience
- 100% travel throughout all sites in the region - Leominster, Natick, Worcester, Hudson, and Auburn
- 1 weekday & 1 weekend shift per month required
- Maximum of 80 hours/month and 960 hours/year
- Hours: Vary between 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM
