Registered Nurse Per Diem Radiology

Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports while administering medications and monitoring patients for side effects and reactions. Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans by collaborating with healthcare team members. Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions, including vital signs and medical information. Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as assigned. Perform other related duties as needed to support patient care.
