Job Summary
Obtain medical history, vital signs, and prioritize patient care while performing procedures such as IV access, phlebotomy, vaccine administration, EKGs, and rapid tests. Document patient information in Sollis' EHR and Salesforce, maintain medication inventory, and coordinate care with Aftercare, house calls, and Medical Partners. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure policy adherence and deliver quality, patient-centered care to adult and pediatric members. Per Diem schedule from 9a-5p with two shifts per month. Requires NY RN license, 2-3 years emergency/urgent care experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NY
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
- 2-3 years prior emergency or urgent care experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Tech savvy with the ability to use and or learn our systems including but not limited to Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity
- Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, medication administration
- Ability to be adaptable and work in a fluid, multitasking environment
- Strong process and organizational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
- Be comfortable interfacing with high profile clientele
