REGISTERED NURSE (PER DIEM) CARDIAC CATH

Job Summary
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and philosophy in a cardiac cath setting; offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team; oversee and guide staff; apply Patient Centered Care as the foundation of nursing care; uphold Service Excellence standards at all times; must hold an active Nevada RN license with BLS, and ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by department; BSN preferred; per diem, part-time role based at Summerlin Hospital with responsibilities spanning cardiovascular care, PCI processes, and stroke-center protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current Nevada RN license
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification (adult patients) or current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department
- BSN preferred
- One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire
