Job Summary
Registered Nurse to join the Family Team providing comprehensive nursing care and education to patients and families experiencing homelessness in the Greater Boston Area. Responsibilities include assessment, intervention, referral, and consultation within a multidisciplinary team across shelters, transitional programs, and outreach. Vaccines administration under standing orders and CDC/MDPH guidelines; support to address barriers to care; health education and care coordination with emphasis on preventive and episodic care for both adults and children; participation in weekly Family Team meetings and collaboration with multiple disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts RN license required
- 1 year pediatric nursing experience required; 3 years strongly preferred
