Job Summary
Provide safe, accurate patient care for oncology patients, including patient assessment, administration of chemotherapy/immunotherapy/biotherapy and other agents per providers’ orders, triage, and education of patients and caregivers. Maintain compliance with JBIs, OSHA/NIOSH guidelines, EMR documentation, and accurate medication administration. Communicate patient conditions to the multidisciplinary team; perform safe disposal of biohazardous waste; participate in staff training and multi-site coordination; travel to other clinic locations as needed and work overtime as required. Strong critical thinking, English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site oncology setting with remote-work options when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered RN License
- Nursing Degree
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed
