Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based patient care for pediatric emergency department patients. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to advance care plans, achieve outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. Provide teaching and mentorship while adhering to the ANA Scope and Standards and organizational compliance policies. Requires an active Indiana RN license, BSN preferred, and AHA BLS certification. Full-time night shifts available with a $30,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)
- More than two years of acute care experience
