Registered Nurse-Pediatrics S7

Provide professional care to pediatric patients aged 0 to 18 across the Pediatric, PIMU, PKIR, and PICU units, utilizing the nursing process and therapeutic use of self. Supervise patient groups within the 38-bed facility located in Kellemen building on South 7th, ensuring safety through restricted access protocols and security tags. Conduct daily family-centered rounds with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, child life specialists, and social services. Adhere to established policies while interfacing with all staff, management, and physicians. Full-time schedule from 7pm to 7am including holidays and weekends is required. Current NJ-RN license and BLS certification are mandatory; CNOR and specialty certifications such as ACLS or PALS are preferred.
