Registered Nurse - Pediatrics - RN

Coordinate nursing care for patients with trauma, acute illness, chronic illness, surgery, and cytotoxic medication administration using a family-centered approach. Provide direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care while delegating tasks based on skill level and acuity. Implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Support professional practice through preceptor roles, quality improvement efforts, and mentoring. Drive a personal vehicle as required for certain responsibilities. This role offers TN sponsorship and includes access to the Pediatric Infusion Therapy Center for staff with relevant experience.
