Gather and update patient information and vital signs, administer medications and vaccines, and perform diagnostic screenings and in-office clinical procedures. Accurately collect specimens, place and review orders within the EMR, and relay lab results to patients via phone, portal, or in-person. Provide patient and family education, document care timely, and respond to urgent or acute situations based on prioritization skills. Coordinate care management with in-house specialties, community resources, home health, and acute care while adhering to industry guidelines and HIPAA confidentiality. Maintain certifications and complete mandatory educational requirements to support InterMed's mission of patient-centered primary care.
