Job Summary
Provide and document nursing care for pediatric patients, including injections, preventive screenings, and triage according to approved protocols. Educate patients on illness management, collect vital signs and medication histories, and conduct outreach to ensure follow-up on care plans. Coordinate services with other providers, schedule tests and appointments, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Assist with equipment sterilization, supply ordering, and staff orientation while adhering to OSHA, CLIA, and coding regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN licensure in CT
- 1+ years of nursing experience
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
