Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Pediatric and PICU pediatric patients responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using the nursing process; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, coordinate education and handoffs, and ensure timely documentation and adherence to licensure and regulatory standards. Provides leadership in coordinating patient care delivery, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and health-care team members to optimize clinical outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
