Registered Nurse Pediatrics and PICU

Registered Nurse in Pediatrics and PICU provides assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care for pediatric and PICU patients. Utilizes the nursing process with interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based practice, and thorough documentation. Roles include assessing physical, social, and psychological status; developing and executing individualized plans of care; coordinating care with the health team; prioritizing tasks and managing resources; and ensuring professional standards and regulatory compliance. Requires current RN license and BSN within four years if less than 12 months of experience, and BLS certification. Preferred BSN with ongoing professional development.
