Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, collect health data, and coordinate care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness while maintaining knowledge of current standards, laws, and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Full-time 36-hour schedule running 7pm–7:30am every other weekend and rotating holidays.
