Job Summary
Night-shift Registered Nurse in Pediatrics Acute Care Center providing patient assessment and health data collection, coordinating patient plans of care to ensure interventions are safe and effective, and communicating with patients, families, and health care team. Responsibilities include individualized patient and family teaching, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining current nursing practice standards and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN and active Illinois RN licensure with CPR certification; schedule features 36 hours/week, 7pm–7:30am, with every-other weekend and rotating holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
