Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists. Maintain safety through CDC-aligned PPE protocols and complete required training, including the 2-hour DOEA-approved Alzheimer's course. Maintain an active Florida RN license and BLS CPR certification. This role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and direct deposit within a team designed for autonomy and continuity.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
