Job Summary
Performs comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to develop and evolve individualized care plans aligned with master treatment goals and age-specific needs. Required Qualifications
- RN license in Texas (Texas Board of Nursing)
- BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) within 30 days of hire
- Nursing diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent licensure at time of hire
