Job Summary
Direct patient care in a pediatric allergy clinic, support clinical operations, supervise and coordinate clinical staff under supervision of Charge RN/Physicians, manage vaccine/nutrition/medication inventories and logs, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with physicians and management to deliver high-quality patient care. Requires NJ RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and an Associate's Degree in Nursing with at least 4 years of outpatient clinic experience; strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills; proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems; ability to uphold confidentiality and provide compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid New Jersey RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting
