Registered Nurse (PCU) (PRN)

Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while administering age-specific medications and treatments. Collaborate with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team to educate patients and families on disease processes, wellness plans, and discharge procedures. Participate in developing patient care delivery systems, policies, and standards through performance improvement activities that analyze data for quality outcomes. Demonstrate critical thinking to delegate tasks based on staff competence and certification requirements. Requires a BSN, 1-3 years of RN experience (orthopedic, neurosurgical, or pain management preferred), current state license, CPR, ACLS/PALS certification.
