Registered Nurse PCU Observation Days: Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, development, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; educate patients and families; collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care; maintain accurate documentation; evaluate care plan effectiveness; ensure infection control and safety standards; provide emotional support; supervise care by team members; participate in performance improvement; respond to code situations; must be RN with ADN and BLS; patient-care oriented duties in a full-time role based in Orlando, FL. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred
- English fluency (read, verbal, written)
- EKG knowledge
- Familiarity with hospital computer systems (Windows)
- Ability to develop and revise care plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
