Job Summary
RN - PCU position at Mercy: Provides patient care using the nursing process, coordinates care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Requires active RN licensure in hiring state or compact licensure, and completion of Basic Life Support with possible additional certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM) as required by unit. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs and sustained standing/walking; education can be Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, tuition assistance, and retirement plans for 32+ hours per pay period. Located in Springdale, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Licensure: RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Experience: Seeking experienced nurses
- Certifications: BLS and various unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM)
- Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking
