Job Summary
Provide nursing care in the PCU at AdventHealth Sebring. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol; educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care; collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication and teamwork. Includes Day shift, Full-time schedule, with sign-on and relocation bonuses in the offer; required education and RN licensure with BLS, and preferred BSN.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
