Job Summary
Oversee patient care and staff management within the PCU/IMC unit, serving as Charge Nurse when assigned while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations to maintain patient safety. Manage assigned RNs and adhere to professional nursing standards for the practice of Professional Nursing. Requires a valid NM nursing license, BLS, and potential ACLS or PAL certification, with a minimum of an Associate's Degree or Diploma. Schedule includes 36 guaranteed hours from 7 pm to 7 am. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree and two years of specialty and general nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
- BLS
- Two references from their last assignment; supervisor or manager preferred

- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
