Job Summary
Conduct home visits to perform assessments, medication reviews, skin checks, and basic nail care while enabling clients to remain independent in their residences. Execute client education, documentation, and routine supervisory visits, ensuring strict adherence to Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency policies. Maintain regular attendance and confidentiality across all sensitive interactions. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call rotation, featuring daily pay, paid mileage, and a 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to make home visits and provide nursing care in the home environment
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver's license
- Appropriate automobile insurance
- Ability to take public transportation
- Ability to complete necessary documentation appropriately, legibly, and timely
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the agency
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to follow all Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Ability to abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
