Job Summary
Oversee ambulatory clinics and lead patient-centered nursing operations in a health network. Responsibilities include managing daily clinic operations and patient care activities; ensuring staff deliver high-quality, accessible, cost-effective, and patient-focused services; implementing and supervising clinical practice standards, budgets, and staff development; integrating services with nursing standards and organizational goals. Requires leadership experience in ambulatory settings, a California RN license, a Bachelor’s degree (or four years related healthcare experience), and BLS; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of experience in a directly related healthcare field required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
- California Registered Nursing License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ambulatory care or other relevant healthcare experience required, or Minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership capacity
- BLS certification required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
