Registered Nurse- Part Time

Manages individualized, outcome oriented nursing care through the nursing process; provides medication administration, develops and documents plan of care, and coordinates cross-continuum care to achieve desired patient outcomes. Interface with physicians, care managers, health care teams, patients and caregivers. Emphasizes patient/family centered care, effective communication, and collaboration to ensure care across the continuum. Maintains a culture of safety, participates in quality improvement efforts, and adheres to policies and procedures. Utilizes technology (Epic, HealthStream, Workday) and maintains professional development; requires autonomy and teamwork in ambulatory care settings.
