Registered Nurse- Part Time

Registered Nurse - Part Time position in Hingham, MA. Provides autonomous and team-based nursing care across the care continuum using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with physicians, care managers, and other health-team members to achieve desired patient outcomes. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, developing and updating individualized plans of care, documenting outcomes, patient/family communication, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives. Requires strong communication, collaboration across disciplines, adherence to policies, and ability to work within ambulatory care settings and technology platforms (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday).
