Registered Nurse- Part Time

Provides ambulatory nursing care and coordination, including medication administration, medication reconciliation, and development and updates of individualized plans of care. Communicates plan of care to patients and families, documents outcomes, and collaborates with physicians, care managers, and other health team members to ensure timely, ethical, and patient-centered care. Maintains safety and quality through adherence to policies, proper hand hygiene, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development; utilizes electronic health tools (Epic, HealthStream, Outlook, Workday) to support care delivery and documentation. Requires the ability to work both autonomously and within a team, with a focus on patient/family education and improving health outcomes in an ambulatory care setting.
