Registered Nurse- Part Time

Manages individualized nursing care using the nursing process; coordinates cross-continuum care and plans, delivers, documents, and evaluates care for ambulatory patients. Provides medication administration and reconciliation, develops and updates patient plans of care, and collaborates with physicians, care managers, and health-team members to achieve desired patient outcomes. Emphasizes safety, clinical documentation, hand hygiene, and adherence to policies; requires strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work autonomously or in teams. Proficiency with ambulatory care nursing, and use of health-system software (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) is expected; BSN preferred.
