Job Summary
Registered Nurse supporting ambulatory care; manages individualized nursing care through the nursing process, including medication administration, plan of care development and documentation, patient-family centered care, and coordination across care teams. Requires autonomous and collaborative work, strong communication skills, and engagement in quality improvement activities. Uses technology (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) and adheres to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Minimum qualifications include RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. Location: Pembroke, MA. Part-time role within ambulatory care nursing with an emphasis on patient outcomes and care coordination.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BSN preferred
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- Ambulatory care nursing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in ambulatory care nursing
