Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Part Time) at South Shore Health with ambulatory care focus. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, developing and updating individualized care plans, coordinating care across pathways, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes, and active collaboration with physicians, care managers, and other health team members. Requires RN license, BSN preferred, BLS, experience in ambulatory care, strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work autonomously. Proficiency with Epic/Outlook/HealthStream/Workday and commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Ambulatory Care Nursing proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and critical thinking
