Registered Nurse- Part Time

Provides clinically-based ambulatory care nursing in an outpatient setting, coordinating and delivering nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams; ability to work autonomously and in teams; commitment to safety and quality, privacy and security of patient information, and ongoing professional development. Key duties include medication administration and reconciliation, plan-of-care development and documentation, patient/family communication, adherence to CDC hand hygiene guidelines, regulatory compliance, and support of patient experience and family-centered care across the continuum. Proficiency with nursing process, interdisciplinary collaboration, and use of health-system software (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) is required; BSN preferred.
