Registered Nurse- Part Time

Registered Nurse (Part-Time) in ambulatory care setting. Manages individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process; coordinates care across the continuum, documents outcomes, and communicates plan of care to patient and family. Requires strong collaboration with health care teams, ability to work autonomously and in teams, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Skills include medication administration, care planning, patient/family education, documentation in Epic/HealthStream/Workday, and excellence in communication and critical thinking. BSN preferred; BLS certification required; ambulatory care nursing experience preferred.
