Registered Nurse- Part Time

Registered Nurse (Part Time) providing individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process, including medication administration, care planning, documentation, and coordination across the continuum in ambulatory settings. Collaborates with physicians, care managers, health care teams, patients and families to achieve desired outcomes; requires excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work autonomously and in teams, commitment to quality improvement, and ability to coach patients on health-promoting behaviors. Proficiency with electronic systems (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) and strong clinical documentation skills are expected. Minimum education supports a BSN preference; active RN licensure and BLS certification required. Prior ambulatory care experience is preferred.
