Registered Nurse- Part Time

Provides ambulatory care nursing with medication administration, planning and documenting individualized care plans, patient-family centered care, and cross-continuum coordination. Collaborates with physicians, care managers, and health-team members to achieve patient outcomes; emphasizes safety, hand hygiene, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team, using systems such as Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, and Workday. Minimum education includes BSN preferred; required license is RN and BLS certification. Based in Braintree, MA.
