Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Part Time) in Marshfield, MA. Provides clinically-based, outcome-oriented nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating across care continuums, and interfacing with physicians, care managers, health teams, patients and families. Responsibilities include medication administration and reconciliation, planning and documenting individualized care, ensuring patient safety, promoting health-promotion behaviors, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Requires RN licensure; BSN preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in ambulatory care is preferred. Emphasizes adherence to policies, ongoing professional development, and the use of technology (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) in daily nursing practice.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse
- BSN preferred
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
- Minimum Work Experience: Previous Ambulatory Care RN experience preferred
- Required Classes/Skills - BLS – Basic Life Support
- Required additional Knowledge, and Abilities - Demonstrated proficiency in ambulatory care nursing, knowledge, and skills
