Registered Nurse- Part Time

Provides clinically-based nursing care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, care delivery, and evaluation, to support individualized, outcome-oriented patient care. Interacts with physicians, care managers, health care teams, patients and caregivers to achieve desired outcomes; emphasizes effective communication, coaching on health-promoting behaviors, and the ability to work autonomously and in teams. Engages in quality improvement activities, documentation, and cross-continuum coordination; utilizes information systems (Outlook, Epic, HealthStream, Workday) to manage care delivery and education. Demonstrates safety culture, adheres to policies, participates in assessments and plan of care development, and collaborates to ensure timely, appropriate care delivery and patient experience.
