Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments and diagnoses tailored to resident needs. Administer medications correctly according to knowledge of drug protocols. Plan and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers regarding their care. Maintain standards of professional nursing throughout all interventions and evaluations. Requires current state RN licensure in good standing, strong organization skills for care management, and excellent communication abilities in English. Full-time or part-time schedule options available with a robust benefits package including PTO, retirement, and medical/dental coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
