Job Summary
Inpatient RN role providing patient care during night shift (18:30-07:00) at Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Ozark/Springfield, MO. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver care, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Requires graduation from a nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state (or compact licensure); certifications such as BLS and other unit-specific certifications may be required. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing/walking. Opportunities include medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, tuition support, and retirement plans for eligible staff. Required Qualifications
- RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Education: nursing degree (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/S.T.A.B.L.E./C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required
