Registered Nurse - Part-time

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating families on conditions. Administer medications per orders, document controlled substance counts, and notify physicians of status changes regarding detox or emergencies. Complete admission and discharge processing, ensure verbal orders are transcribed appropriately, and demonstrate universal precautions during direct patient care. Maintain therapeutic rapport with patients, visitors, and co-workers while coordinating unit activities. Provide night shift coverage from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in a premier addiction rehab center offering a comprehensive benefits package.
