Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Part Time (.2 FTE) 3:00PM - 11:30PM in Mason, OH. Provides direct professional nursing care to psychiatric patients across the lifespan, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, administering medications, and utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, documenting progress, collaborating on treatment plans, and supporting family involvement. Requires Ohio RN licensure and CPR within 30 days; PMH nursing certification is preferred. Weekend and evening shifts with every-other-weekend obligation; 8 hours per week across evenings. Demonstrates leadership within the unit and adherence to regulatory standards and organizational mission.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with licensure in the State of Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire
- Certification of Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurse Credentialing Center (preferred)
