Job Summary
Respond to all active rapid responses across Parkview Randallia units, including deterioration index monitoring and stroke assessments. When not on call, assist with ICU shifts, round different units, and provide consultation and education to nursing staff. Requires a Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN, a valid Indiana license, and CPR certification. Lifts 50 to 100 pounds with strong verbal and written communication skills. Eligible for a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment up to $30,000, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist with 100 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
