Job Summary
Independently plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, hospital policies, and the ANA Code of Ethics. Maintain a valid Indiana Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds. Participate in clinical onboarding, the TSAM Orientation Model, and the eXceed nursing recognition program. Required Qualifications

- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
